I enjoy exploring the flavor and experience provided by todays bartenders. Learning as I go from the distillers, brewers, wine makers, and bar keep. You will more likely find me on a barstool than sitting in a dark corner booth. I like to meet the people who create the cocktails and listen to what inspires. I prefer a good whisky and always travel with a flask.
